Guinness has today announced the first public release of tickets for its much-anticipated Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.
From December, visitors can now book brewery tours and restaurant reservations via opengatelondon.guinness.com. Early bookers will be among the very first to explore this landmark space, discovering the world of Guinness through immersive brewing experiences and exceptional food and drink moments at the site’s two restaurants.
Opening officially on 11 December 2025, the Guinness Open Gate Brewery London invites guests to delve into the craft and creativity behind one of the world’s most iconic beers. With exclusive brews, masterfully designed menus, and immersive storytelling, the venue promises to become one of London’s most exciting new destinations for beer and gastronomy lovers alike.
Those seeking tour tickets can expect to experience an inside look into Guinness Open Gate Brewery London – London’s world leading micro-brewing facility led by Master Brewer, Hollie Stephenson, who previously headed up brewing at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore.
From inside an intimate tasting room, guests will have the opportunity to sample a range of rotating, limited-edition craft brews and seasonal specials unique to Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, including non-stout varieties and low-alcohol options, alongside the brewery’s core lineup that includes Lager, IPA, Pale Ale and Porter.
The Open Gate Experience tour at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London includes:
- Step into the Pint: an intimate 360-degree immersive experience that tells the story of Guinness’s heritage within Covent Garden
- Exclusive Brewery Access: a guided tour of the brand’s working brewery in the heart of Covent Garden
- Brewer’s Room Tasting Experience: exclusive tasting sessions curated by Master Brewer, Hollie Stephenson
- Pour Your Own Pint: master the art of pouring and Guinness’ famous surge and settle ritual at a private bar just for tour visitors
Tours are now available to book from 11th December 2025, and will be running Monday – Sunday subject to availability. Tickets will be available from £30pp for off-peak hours, or from £40pp for peak hours.
An ultimate Guinness Masterclass will also be available from February 2026, taking guests along on the stout’s journey throughout history and around the world using prized Guinness artefacts and liquids. The elevated tasting experience will run once a day Thursday – Saturday, at 3pm only (£95).
Beyond the brewery, Guinness Open Gate Brewery London offers a variety of culinary experiences across its dining spaces, all curated by Executive Chef Pip Lacey (formerly of Hicce and the Michelin-starred Murano). Offerings range from a menu celebrating the best of British seafood to a selection of sharing plates spotlighting local produce, and a range of handmade pies crafted in collaboration with Signature Chef Calum Franklin. Reservations are now available for the two restaurants on site:
- Gilroy’s Loft – named after the mastermind behind some of the most legendary Guinness campaigns, John Gilroy, Gilroy’s Loft is a stunning rooftop dining setting with a horseshoe bar centrepiece and skyline views across London. The menu celebrates the best of Britain’s coast, featuring line-caught fish, lobster and freshly shucked, native, oysters – paying homage to the much-loved speciality of Guinness and oysters, served in bars and restaurants since 1837. Diners can choose from dishes including Palourde clams with beer, samphire, chilli and sea herb linguine and a Grilled half native lobster with tomato and pine nut brown butter, green peppercorn and herb salad.
- The Porter’s Table – takes its name from the hardworking porters of Covent Garden who moved goods through the markets. Its menu has been crafted for connection over sharing plates, embodying Guinness’ ethos of goodness and community, and the time-honoured tradition of gathering for good food and a pint. Every ingredient is sourced to spotlight the very best of British produce – with meat coming from trusted producers across the country and aged locally in West London, fish caught in British waters, and vegetables grown in London’s neighbouring counties. Signature dishes include: Guinness soda bread served with butter and charcoal salt; Baked & grilled celeriac with Guinness dashi lion’s mane, pickled pear, radicchio, spelt & shiso, and Butcher’s skewers, celebrating underrated offcuts from the restaurant’s whole animal butchery.
In addition to the two restaurants, visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of the courtyard bar at the heart of the site – Old Brewer’s Yard – serving Chef Calum Franklin’s handmade pies alongside the exclusive craft beers brewed on site, no booking required.

Reservations are recommended but not essential for those looking to dine at Gilroy’s Loft or The Porter’s Table, and bookings are required for both the Open Gate Experience tour and the Guinness Masterclass.
