Trinity Kitchen has unveiled a fresh lineup of street-food favourites in time for the Christmas period, offering an array of indulgent dishes from loaded Chicken Nuggets and Tater Tots to rich Mac & Cheese, gourmet burgers and slow-cooked Birria tacos. Visitors can look forward to a festive feast filled with comfort and creativity.
Returning festive favourite Nelly’s Barn is joined by the popular Big Mouth Gyoza and Niko’s Comfort Kitchen, while newcomers include Return of the Mac and the much-loved Birria Bandits, bringing a diverse mix of flavours for guests to enjoy throughout the season.
Serving West Country-inspired street food, Nelly’s Barn is showcasing its renowned 28-day dry-aged beef burgers made with locally sourced ingredients and topped with rich cheddar. The menu also features a range of vegetarian and vegan choices, including the Almighty Vegan Burger with roasted red peppers, a soya patty and crisp salad, making it a versatile option for any day of the week.

Big Mouth Gyoza is presenting freshly made Japanese dumplings filled with tender pork belly or savoury mushrooms and drizzled with their signature secret sauce. Fans can also purchase takeaway bags or pouches of the sauce, offering a chance to recreate their favourite flavours at home.
Back due to popular demand, Niko’s Comfort Kitchen is offering its signature combination of warm chicken nuggets and crispy tater tots. With flavours ranging from garlic butter and katsu to chipotle buffalo and classic original, diners will find plenty of variety to satisfy their cravings.
Also joining the festive offering is Return of the Mac, a Leeds-born collaboration between Luigi Street Food and Spuds ‘n’ Bros. Serving rich, cheesy and fully loaded Mac & Cheese bowls from their Horsebox kitchen, they deliver the ultimate comfort dish for the winter months.

Rounding out the selection, Birria Bandits bring their award-winning tacos made with soft white corn tortillas and filled with slow-braised beef brisket, juicy chicken or smoked cauliflower. Younger diners can also enjoy mini quesadillas, tacos and nachos from the Lil Bandits menu, making it a family-friendly choice.
