Costa Coffee has announced the launch of its new January menu, introducing new drinks, food items, and returning favourites designed to support simple daily rituals at the start of the year. The menu will be available in stores across the UK and Ireland from Thursday 8 January 2026.
As part of the update, Costa Coffee is introducing its first nationwide Matcha Latte range. The drinks will be available in more than 2,800 stores, offering customers an easy way to choose matcha as part of their daily routine, whether they are new to the flavour or already familiar with it.
The new range includes a Hot Matcha Latte and an Iced Matcha Latte, both made to order and customisable with milk alternatives and syrups such as vanilla or caramel. The range also features a Strawberry Coconut Iced Matcha Latte, which combines coconut milk with strawberry sauce for a chilled option.
Alongside the matcha launch, Costa Coffee is adding new drinks and bringing back popular choices. The new Spanish Caramelo Latte introduces a caramel-led take on the Spanish Latte. The Spanish Latte also returns, made with Costa Coffee’s Mocha Italia Signature blend and a creamy finish. Both drinks are available hot or iced.
Customers can also enjoy new Instant Barista Creations Iced Latte sachets at home. The limited-edition range includes an Iced Latte and an Iced Hazelnut Crème. The sachets are made using Costa Coffee’s premium instant coffee and finely ground beans. They will be available in Tesco stores from Monday 19 January 2026 and in Iceland stores from February, for a limited time.

For customers on the move, Costa Express machines across the UK and Ireland will serve hot and iced options. This includes the limited-edition Pistachio Latte and Iced Latte, made with pistachio-flavoured syrup.
The January food menu introduces new savoury and plant-based options. The new Onion Bhaji Wrap offers a warming vegan lunch option, while the Tomato & Basil Soup provides a classic choice that also counts towards one of your five a day.
Breakfast and all-day options include the Tomato & Mature Cheddar Croissant and the All-Day Breakfast Toastie, both designed for customers seeking familiar flavours throughout the day.
Sweet options include the Banana & Chocolate Muffin, filled with chocolate sauce, alongside the Orange & Raspberry Victoria Sponge and the Berry Crumble Slice. Costa Coffee has also added Iced Gingerbread Biscuits with messages such as “Love” and “Hug Me”, as well as two new snacks: a Fruit & Nut Mix and Dried Mango.
Customers can also access bundle deals throughout the day. Breakfast options include a croissant or toast with a handcrafted coffee from £4.99, or a bap option from £6.49, with the option to add an Innocent drink for £1. Lunchtime offers include a toastie and coffee for £6.49, with selected crisps available for £1. From 2pm to 5pm, a cake and coffee bundle is available from £5.49.
