Dumbo, a pioneer of the smashburger in France and a key player in its popularisation across Europe, opened its first restaurant in London in June. This fifth location – and the brand’s first international site – opened its doors in June in Shoreditch, East London.
The restaurant is pleased to announce its new opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday, from 12PM with uninterrupted service until 10:30 PM.
Known for its cult smashburgers and clean, minimalist style, Dumbo has brought to Shoreditch the simple and effective recipes that have won over the French capital. On the menu: its iconic burgers, perfectly golden fries, and crispy chicken nuggets, all made with high-quality ingredients, which are a hallmark of the brand.
“Our philosophy is simple: good ingredients, no frills, and food that brings people together,”explains Charles Ganem, co-founder of Dumbo.
“We are very happy to join the London food scene, especially at a time when smashburgers are experiencing a real boom in the city.”
