The Savvy Baker has revealed that its new store at Trinity Leeds will open to the public on Sunday, 7th December.
The launch represents an exciting step forward for the rapidly expanding Leeds-based brand, which started as a home baking venture during lockdown and has since become one of Yorkshire’s most recognisable independent bakery names.
Situated at Trinity Leeds on Albion Street, the new space will feature several firsts for the business. Among them is an in-store cookie bakery, giving customers the chance to see fresh cookies being baked throughout the day and offering a rare insight into the process behind the treats.
The store will also include a dedicated matcha bar celebrating the brand’s most popular drink. Customers will be able to order from a range of handcrafted matcha drinks prepared fresh by in-house baristas.
Visitors can expect The Savvy Baker’s much-loved menu of brownies, blondies and seasonal specials, with some exclusive new items available only at this site. A full coffee offering featuring North Star beans will also be served, with a comfortable seating area available for those who wish to enjoy their food in-store.
Founder Savannah Roqaa said: “I’m absolutely buzzing to be finally opening our doors at Trinity Leeds this Sunday. To mark the opening day, the first 100 customers visiting on Sunday, 7th December will be treated to a complimentary brownie.
