Nitya Foods has announced the launch of its new eCommerce platform, Nitya Online. The platform marks an important step in the company’s efforts to improve access to Indian food products for customers across the United Kingdom.
Nitya Online has been developed to serve the Indian diaspora in the UK. It aims to make it easier for customers to buy familiar Nitya products and reconnect with traditional flavours and ingredients.
The website allows customers to browse products, place orders, and receive deliveries at home. The range includes rice, lentils and pulses, traditional snacks, and cooking oils. The platform supports Nitya Foods’ focus on convenience, quality, and cultural connection.
“We want our customers to feel the excitement of this launch,” said Narendra Reddy Gooda, CEO at Nitya Foods.
Nitya Online also supports the company’s wider goal of building brand awareness in the UK. Nitya Foods has already established a strong presence in Ireland and the Netherlands and plans to grow its UK footprint while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Across Europe, the brand currently reaches more than 25,000 families, with over one million individual products sold to date.
The platform offers a wide selection of ethnic groceries, including food, beverages, and household essentials used in South Asian and Indian cooking. Products are sold under the Nitya brand and are priced to remain accessible, with multiple payment options available.
Customers can also access direct customer support, simple site navigation, and a secure checkout process. Delivery services cover locations across the UK, and shoppers can take part in online promotions and loyalty programmes.
To mark the launch, Nitya Foods is offering introductory promotions for new customers. Users who register during the launch period will receive three welcome coupons worth £50 in total. Early customers will also be enrolled in the Nitya Rewards Programme, which provides points on purchases and benefits for repeat orders.
