Wild Thingz supports families this Halloween with a playful, family-first doorstep décor campaign
A better-for-you sweet brand is helping families rediscover the joy of Halloween with vibrant doorstep makeovers designed to champion community, imagination and stress-free fun.
Wild Thingz, the bold new gummy brand making waves in the confectionery aisle, has launched a Halloween initiative inspired by real parent feedback. After learning that many families love the celebrations but feel overwhelmed by the preparation, the brand set out to create an experience that brings the magic to the doorstep—no extra effort required.
Each decorated doorstep includes cascading greenery, black foliage, vivid slime-green moss, mini pumpkins, cobwebs and an abundance of Wild Thingz sweets, including the brand’s Trick or Treatz boxes featuring their signature slime-drip design. The Wild Thingz Halloween Door is intended to spark joy, bring neighbours together and give parents a moment of relief from seasonal pressure. The first transformation saw the brand visit the home of South West London mother and influencer Heidi Skudder, giving her entrance a complete spooky makeover filled with creepy crawlies, themed décor and plenty of Wild Thingz treats.
“Halloween is such a joyful time for kids, but so often it ends up as yet another task for parents,” said Fliss Newland, founder of Wild Thingz. “We wanted to do something that felt a bit magical, something that says, ‘we’ve got this one covered.’ It’s one small way to lift the load and make people smile, which is always our goal.”
With strong positive response to the initial makeovers, Wild Thingz will continue its Halloween door campaigns across London and the South East, reinforcing the message that family fun should never come at the cost of parental overwhelm.
