The Danish-founded brand increases its UK footprint as part of plans to reach 1,000 global locations

Danish-founded juice, coffee and sandwich brand JOE & THE JUICE continues to expand its UK presence, opening four new stores within a six-week period across November and December 2025. These openings bring the total number of new UK stores launched during 2025 to 16. The expansion supports the company’s wider plan to open more than 1,000 locations worldwide over the next five years.

The latest openings follow strong growth across the UK estate. JOE & THE JUICE increased its number of UK stores by 31%, rising from 68 locations at the end of 2023 to 89 by the end of 2025. The growth reflects increased customer demand for freshly made juices, shakes, coffee and the brand’s range of sandwiches.

New stores include the brand’s first locations in Cambridge, which opened in November, followed by Bath and Windsor in December. In Manchester, JOE & THE JUICE continues to expand its presence with a new store at the Trafford Centre in November and a further opening planned on Mosley Street in February 2026. These follow earlier launches at Manchester Airport and a flagship site on Cross Street, close to the Arndale, earlier in 2025.

Jon James, JOE & THE JUICE’s UK Managing Director, comments: “The response from UK customers this year has been incredible. Each new store we’ve opened has outperformed expectations, which gives us huge confidence as we accelerate our stores into new regions. The UK continues to be one of our most exciting growth markets and we’re looking forward to expanding our reach, this year and next!.”

The brand’s focus on supporting healthier food and drink choices continues to reflect UK consumer behaviour in 2025. Many customers now favour fresh, convenient options that fit into daily routines and support wellbeing.

The stores opened in the final quarter of the year mark the first phase of a wider expansion plan for 2026. JOE & THE JUICE plans to enter additional regional markets across the UK, building on steady performance and a growing national customer base.
