In light of this, Ninja Kitchen has revealed the ultimate recipe to elevate the trending cookies.
How to create the viral cookie ice cream
Prep time: 5 minutes
Freeze: 24 hours
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 500ml chocolate milk
- 2 cookies, broken into small pieces, for mix-in and topping
Directions
- Pour chocolate milk into an empty tub up to but no higher than the MAX FILL. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
- Select ICE CREAM.
- With a spoon, create a 4cm wide hole that reaches the bottom of the tub. Add half of the broken cookies to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.
- Once processing is complete, remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately topped with remaining broken cookies.
