A Celebration of Summer with a Seasonal Six-Course Collaborative Menu

 

The Victoria Oxshott, the award-winning gastropub located in the picturesque Surrey Hills, is delighted to announce another exceptional culinary event. Following the success of their previous collaboration, Head Chef Daniel Lee and Nick Sinclair from Surrey Hills Delicatessen will host Taste of Oxshott II on Thursday 4th July 2024. This event will once again bring together the culinary talents  and showcase the finest seasonal produce in a meticulously crafted six-course dinner.

Building on the triumph of the sold-out evening in May, Taste of Oxshott II will see The Victoria Oxshott once again welcome neighbor Nick Sinclair from Surrey Hills Delicatessen back into the kitchen. Using locally sourced ingredients, the dinner will showcase the talents of the village.

The six- course menu will begin with Surrey Hills beer and Norbury blue bread and feature dishes such as native lobster and Exmoor caviar rollNutbourne tomatoes with Nutfield dairy curd and basil pestoJohn Dory with beans, artichokes, and fish butter sauce. The main is in collaboration with Surrey Hill Butchers; Belted Galloway fillet with short rib, beef corn dog, girolles, sweetcorn, grelot onions, and BBQ sauce, with a delightful Peach Melba to finish.

Priced £100 per person, a vegetarian alternative menu is also available. A paired wine flight can be added for £60 per person.
