Thai restaurant Giggling Squid has shared its support for Pride Month by donating £1 from every Pride cocktail sold to Mind Out, a mental health service for people in the LGBTQ community.

The two new cocktail releases Margarita Blue (£9.95) and Lush Blush (£9.45) are thai-rrific additions to the cocktail menu at Giggling Squid, with refreshing summer flavours. The Margarita Blue is a twist on a classic margarita with El Sueno tequila, a dash of Blue Curaçao and a squeeze of zesty lime, while the Lush Blush is a fruity blend of mango, lime, strawberry and coconut rum, which makes a tranquil beach in Thailand, just a sip away.

The donations from every new cocktail sold will be going to Mind Out, a charity that works to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all LGBTQ communities, and to make mental health a community concern.

The new cocktails are available from June 1 at all 49 restaurants, and are set to make taste buds thai-ngle while supporting a worthy cause.

Agnelo Pereira, Culinary Director Giggling Squid spokesperson comments,We’re honoured to support Pride Month with two brilliant additions to our cocktail menu, crafted from our mixologists so they’re bursting with flavour. Pride is always celebrated at Giggling Squid, but Pride Month is a great occasion to give back to LGBTQ charities that support these communities year-round. We encourage our guests to keep an eye out for the Pride cocktails on our menus nationwide throughout June as they not only are delicious but are an easy way to support an important cause too.”
