The Starbucks Winter menu launches on 8 January 2026, bringing new drinks designed to suit colder mornings and refreshed daily routines.
From 8 January 2026, Starbucks will roll out its Winter menu across the UK. The line-up introduces two new drinks: the Pistachio Matcha Latte and the Ristretto Bianco. Both are designed to offer a change of pace at the start of the year, with a focus on balanced flavours and familiar ingredients.
The new Pistachio Matcha Latte places pistachio back at the centre of the menu. Available hot or iced, the drink combines matcha green tea with steamed milk and a white chocolate pistachio-flavoured sauce. Starbucks finishes the drink with pistachio-flavoured cold foam, adding a smooth texture and nutty finish.
For those who prefer coffee-forward options, Starbucks introduces the Ristretto Bianco. This smaller-format drink uses three Starbucks Blonde® Ristretto shots, paired with whole milk. The result is a short, milk-based coffee with a strong flavour and a smooth body, intended for morning coffee routines during winter.
Returning for the season, the Pistachio Velvet Oat Latte is back following strong customer demand last winter. Available hot or iced, it blends pistachio and white chocolate flavours with Starbucks espresso and oat drink. The drink offers a familiar option for those who enjoyed the previous winter menu.
Starbucks is also bringing back a selection of food items to support breakfast and daytime visits. From 8 January, customers can choose options such as the Berry Crunch, Egg White Bites with Three Cheese and Red Pepper, and the Pistachio & White Chocolate Loaf Cake, all available alongside the full Winter drinks menu.
Customers looking to refresh their routines in the new year can also join Starbucks® Rewards. By using the Starbucks® UK app, members can collect Stars and redeem them for free drinks and selected merchandise.
With the launch of the Winter menu, Starbucks offers a range of options to suit different tastes, whether starting the day with a Ristretto Bianco or choosing a pistachio-based drink to warm up during the colder months.
