Cotswolds Martini
75ml Cotswolds Dry Gin | 15ml dry vermouth
An emblem of sophistication, the Martini is an iconic cocktail which is often said to be the ‘king of cocktails’.
Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing jar and fill with ice. Give it a good stir, 14 or 15 times, before fine straining into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.

30ml Renais Gin |
10ml Domaine Watson Chablis | 20ml Elderflower Syrup | 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 2 dashes Suze Gentian Liqueur | 80ml Soda WaterFill a large wine glass to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice. Add all ingredients and give a gentle stir with a long spoon to incorporate ingredients but not to kill the bubbles.A refreshing long drink with Renais Small Batch Gin, warming liqueur, Domaine Watson Chablis and soda.

60ml Ladydragón Tequila | 14ml Kahlúa | 60ml espresso, freshly brewed
Shake with ice and serve. Garnish with a rosebud or small flower and enjoy!

Cotswolds Old Fashioned
60ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky | 10ml maple syrup | 2 x dashes aromatic bitters
Dissolve the whisky and maple syrup in a cocktail jar or glass. Add ice and stir continuously for dilution. Add the bitters, more ice and stir a few more times. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and express orange peel around the glass. Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
