YouMeSushi has continued to grow across the UK with three new store openings in December 2025. The latest locations opened in Victoria, Watford and Chatham. The brand now plans to open a further 14 sites in 2026, with four launches expected in the first quarter.
Known for handmade sushi and hot Asian dishes, YouMeSushi has seen strong demand following its recent openings. This growth has led the business to invite new franchise applications from across the country.
Founded 18 years ago and franchising since 2021, YouMeSushi was the first high-street sushi brand in the UK. The company now operates 29 stores nationwide.
