Heritage Portfolio, the specialist catering and events arm of Sodexo Live!, is celebrating another triumphant season at one of Edinburgh’s most renowned spectacles, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Throughout August, the team delivered first-class hospitality during 24 unforgettable performances, serving both distinguished guests in the Royal Gallery and performers behind the scenes.
Recognising the consistently high standard of service, Heritage Portfolio has renewed its collaboration with The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo for a further four years, signing a multi-million-pound contract that will see the continued delivery of exceptional hospitality to complement the world-famous live performances.
In addition to its role at the Tattoo, Heritage Portfolio has also been named the hospitality partner for The Cockburn, an elegant new events venue situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town and adjacent to the Tattoo’s head office. The Cockburn is set to host intimate dinners, receptions, and gala events for up to 90 guests, offering a new dimension to the Tattoo’s hospitality services.

Framed by the majestic backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, guests in the Royal Gallery enjoyed sparkling wine on arrival, a seasonal three-course dinner with expertly paired wines, and a dram of whisky to round off an unforgettable evening under the summer skies.
