Sauce Communications is delighted to announce it has been appointed to represent The Braywood, leading the PR activity for the modern fine-dining restaurant located near Bray, Berkshire.
Following its highly anticipated launch at the end of 2024, The Braywood by WSH Restaurants, which has been named in the Michelin Guide, has quickly gained attention for its modern British menu, elevated design, and commitment to showcasing the best of local produce. With a focus on crafting memorable dining experiences, and the influence of European style high-end hospitality evident throughout, the restaurant seats up to 70 guests across its elegant dining room, cocktail bar, and outdoor terrace – each designed to reflect its relaxed yet refined and approachable countryside ethos. The Braywood brings together refined cooking, warm hospitality, and thoughtful interiors, and is just a short drive from central Maidenhead.

The Braywood’s culinary direction is led by Head Chef Sam Brennan (formerly at The Woodspeen, Newbury, also part of the WSH Restaurants roster), and showcases a neoteric, ingredient-led philosophy with a selection of modern, seasonal dishes. An array of tempting plates makes up the fresh and delicate menu, including Orkney Scallops, Treacle Fillet of Beef and the Atlantic Cod with Barbecued Leek. The dessert menu also ticks all the sweet boxes, with guests being able to indulge on treats such as the Raspberry souffle, with raspberry jam, warm chocolate sauce, and raspberry sorbet or ‘Buttermilk’ which is made up of blood orange gingerbread with orange sorbet; all of which have already become a hit.
Sauce Communications will also be representing the latest addition to the WSH Restaurants portfolio – an exciting new opening in Fitzrovia, central London. Further details will be announced soon.
