London Pizza Pop Up Company is Set to Open Their First Permanent Site

The London Pizza pop up company, Made of Dough is set to open their first permanent site in June 2017. The London Pizza favourite has previously operated through the use of regular pop-up stores, but the new permanent site will be located on Bellenden Road in Peckham. The new site is expected to become a vibrant and busy neighbourhood hangout. The new London restaurant will have the capacity for 50 covers which will be spread across the ground floor. The restaurant will also include an open wood fire oven as well as a chefs table and a cocktail bar.

The restaurant is due to be open 7 days a week, with opening times from midday to 10:30pm. The restaurant will also look to offer monthly music and wine nights to entice more customers through the door and transform the place into something more social than just a pizza restaurant. It is thought that the locals and pizza fans that travel to the Bellenden Road site will be able to expect Made in Dough’s signature pizza recipes that are made with a simple lean dough recipe that requires a sixty-hour fermentation process. This hand crafted dough will then be topped with the best produce in order to deliver a great pizza. The menu at the permanent Made in Dough site will include their champion pizzas such as the Brindisa Chorizo pizza. There will also be a number of new dishes served in honour of the new site like a Merguez collaboration that has come from working with local butcher ‘Flock & Herd’. The pizzas served at the site will be served with seasonal sides. The Bar area at Made of Dough in Peckham will be serving Amalfi Lemon Bellinis and Cointreau Espresso Martinis. Also on offer on the drinks menu will be Gelato milkshakes.
