New Artist Announced at the Haydock Park Racecourse

The Haydock Park Racecourse has announced its latest artist for the 2018 event – Paloma Faith, who will bring hits old and new to the course for a stunning headline performance. She will be performing on Friday, the 10th of August.

“I can’t wait to perform at Haydock Park Racecourse this summer for the first time. I love summertime and I love outdoor shows so to be able to perform on a – hopefully – sunny evening at the course is something I’m very much looking forward to,” said Paloma.

Haydock Park is part of The Jockey Club, which stages thrilling sporting occasions. The Jockey Club Live are leading promoters on the UK live scene, delivering spectacular line-ups of some of the hottest chart talent and legendary household names to some of the world’s most famous racecourses. These events are renowned for combining an evening at the races with a spectacular concert in an informal and relaxed open air setting.

The racecourses have world class facilities, including award winning restaurants. The Jockey Club venues welcome over 2 million people a year in some on the UK’s biggest racing events.

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Paloma Faith to Haydock Park in August. She is a fabulous singer and I know the North West crowds will be thrilled by another top class summer’s evening of great music. Personally I can’t wait to see her on stage – especially performing her brilliant track ‘Only Love Can Hurt Like This’,” commented Jason Fildes, Haydock Park General Manager.

Tickets for the evening will go on sale on Friday, the 23rd of February via http://thejockeyclublive.co.uk and a presale for customers will start on Wednesday, the 21st of February. The prices start at £37.50 and there will be limited child tickets starting from £18.75.

In addition to Haydock Park, The Jockey Club Live will be hosting live concerts across Sandown Park, Newmarket, Aintree, Market Rasen and Carlisle racecourses this summer.
